HONOLULU -- The U.S. Women's Volleyball team advanced to the medal round with a thrilling, five-set come-from-behind victory over Italy.Former University of Hawaii Wahine players Heather Bown and Kim Willoughby put down nine kills each. Local players Robin Ah Mow-Santos and Lindsey Berg split time at setter.
Team USA now faces Cuba in the semifinals on Wednesday.
